Turnaround Time

Please take note of my turnaround time posted on the top on the home page. I am a mom working from home to provide for my family. I design, cut, sew and package each item myself. It takes time and please respect the amount of time it may take to assure you are receiving a quality item.

Please do not leave a note in your placed order telling me you need an item by a certain date, unless you have discussed this with me personally about adding RUSH to your order. Leaving a note telling me you need your handmade item in 3 days in unrealistic. 

Rush My Order

RUSH is an additional $20. Adding RUSH moves your item to the top of my list and includes an upgrade to priority shipping. If you see something you need asap please contact me via email at rockinllamaco@gmail.com and we can discuss whether or not it is possible to get an item to you in that time frame.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged please contact us at rockinllamaco@gmail.com within 3 days and an exchange can be made. The customer is responsible for return shipping within 7 days of delivery. Extra fees may apply depending on reason for exchange, such as switching for a different size or different item. Exchanges can only be made if an item is in it's original condition.

Cancellation 

Orders placed cannot be cancelled.

 

Care Instructions

Hand-washing is always recommended when washing handmade items to assure longer wear of your rockin items!

All romper, harems, hats, and shorts are hand cut and sewn by me personally. Wash instructions are typically included on a sewn in tag you will find in your garment or i will leave instructions on your shipping receipt. As some items may be machine washed, handmade items last much longer when hand-washed with care and lay flat to dry.

Garments with vinyl decals should be hand-washed or machine washed inside out in cold water and lay flat to dry to assure that damage will not occur to the decal.

Shipping 

Please be sure that your shipping information is correct. It is impossible to remember which person says they need an address change. I am not responsible for items that are shipped to an incorrectly given address.

If an item is marked delivered and you have not received it I ask that you call your Post Office with your provided tracking information. I am not liable for items that go missing in the mail, however, I reeeeeally want you to receive your item and will help in anyway that I can!
